'Home Work In PF Trainer Caroll Works Your Lower Body & Abs'

'For this Home Work-In, we’re bringing PF Trainer Caroll from Pennsylvania for a killer lower body & ab workout. This home workout, was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Feel free to follow along, or go at your own pace.   Time to warm up. For today, you’ll be doing two rounds of windmills, marching in place, and alternating hip circles. This fitness video features some of the best exercises to do at home. It’s made up of two circuits that you’ll complete two times each. The first circuit is includes jump squats, mountain climbers, hip raises, and flutter kicks. In the second circuit, you’ll do split alternating jump squats, donkey kicks, and crunches. After that, you’ll cool down with stretching and wrap things up.
