'Leg Day Training Inspired by Conan The Barbarian - Day 3'

'HIGH INTENSITY WEEK – So this week I’m changing up my routine and going for some muscle building, fat blasting, high intensity workouts. The goal here is to exert as much force as you can to build muscle and lose fat.   Got to keep it interesting folks. Leg day can get a little mundane. Go outside, THE WORLD IS YOUR GYMNASIUM! The point here is to go as hard as you can and as fast as you can. You set the pace of how much force you are going to exert.
