'This week I celebrate 100 weeks of my physical fitness for mental health program called EVERY. DAMN. DAY.  This program is what helped me to recover from my mental health issues and worst depression ever.  This program began with a 5 day a week goal to show up at the gym and scan my gym card each day at a minimum.  My physical fitness journey has evolved over the last 100 weeks into a push for serious muscle growth and fat loss.  Since starting this program I have lost weight, gained muscle and increased my stamina.  I am healthier and most of all much happier.
