Below, please find out group workout that we put everyone through on Friday night:  Arnold Workout  7 stations- Repeat for 2 Rounds: 2 mins per station 1 min between stations  Station 1: 1: 15 Wall balls 2: suicide planks or regular planks (until done with wall balls)  Station 2: 1: inch worms 2: high knees 3: 1 legged burpee jumps (with push up) 4: pivot squats  Station 3: wall sits Wall sits while passing 3 slam balls  Station 4: 1: 10 slam balls 2: kettle bell high pulls until slam balls are done  Station 5: 1: 10 Plate curl presses 2: box jumps or step ups until the other person finishes 10 curls presses  Station 6: the racks 1: 10 toes to bar or knees to chest 2: the other person rests Continue to do this until 2 min timer is up.
