'Are you bored with the basic squat?  If yes, try our 100 rep squat challenge with 13 variations to spice up your squat life!  Squats are one of my favourite exercises for training my legs and toning my butt. Actually my workout isn\'t complete without an ass to grass squat.  Squats are really an all rounder full body workout for training and sculpting your abs, legs and glutes.  To fully engage all three muscle groups, be sure to be sure to:  1) Stand with your legs shoulder width apart 2)Hands forward 3)Sit back like you\'re sitting in a chair 4)Keep your knees behind your toes 5) Look forward, chin up  comment your favourite variation .
