'Orange Theory fitness has become very popular lately, but just how good is it?  I tried Orange Theory Fitness a few years ago on a vacation and I must say I definitely did enjoy it.  Basically you are hooked to a heart rate monitor and you can see how hard you are working compared to everyone else in the class.  You jump in a treadmill and run, then jump off and lift weights, then back at the treadmill for 60 mins, baxkwand forth. That\'s not all of it but it\'s the short and sweet summary.   Bottom line it\'s a good workout at Orange Theory Fitness. I enjoyed it. Personally I\'d do more weights and less cardio, as I think that\'s the way to get leaner and stronger but I definitely did enjoy it.
