'Tabata is a form of HIIT workout which can be done in only 4 minutes. It originated in Japan, and later adopted by the rest of the world. In a usual Tabata workout routine, you perform 8 different body weight exercises at high intensity for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between each exercise.  It’s not necessary that you have to do these exercises that I have shown in this video. These are just the ones that I am comfortable with. You can also come up with other exercises as long as you perform them with full intensity.  I found Tabata to be extremely effective and also love the fact the it can be done so quickly.
