'This is the fourth step of of the 4-Step Wrinkle Releasing & Detacking Technique: https://www.carolynsfacialfitness.com/product/bonus-exercise-4-step-wrinkle-releasing-detacking/  This exercise flattens the “elevens” between the brows and smooths the forehead. Carolyn will be 75 in 3 months.  Perform three times in a row, once a day, 5 days a week for 3 weeks, going to 3 times a week thereafter until you are on maintenance.'
