'Full Body HIIT Barbell Pump Workout [ 15 MIN Routine NO Repeats ] No. 83'

'Hi guys. This week’s barbell pump workout will be a quick 15 min routine that will give you a full body workout in a short amount of time. Sometimes, time is not on our side and getting a workout done can be challenging for some which is why I love resistance high intensity interval training. Do it first thing in the morning to start your day and you’ll feel the energy buzz. Hopefully you all can achieve that awesome pump. Let’s get this started!  This barbell workout is split into 3 circuits of 7 exercises, 30 seconds on 10 seconds off. There will be no repeats on exercises so no need to dread repeating the ones you hate.  Follow along to the workout movements, and rest when you need. Jump right back in when you catch your breath and try your best to complete the workout. I’m using a 15kg barbell and 5kg plates. Go lighter or heavier on the weights depending on how hard you want to work.  These are my personal workouts that I try to complete 4-5 times a week.
