'Fitness Boxx 10min Workout Episode 1'

'Fitness Boxx is going to be releasing a new 10min workout every week. The workouts will vary, some will be gym based, some for the traveler and some for people that just have no time and want some variety in their training.  This workout works as follows. Max reps in the following format: 1st min Air Squat 2nd min Proper Push Up 3rd min Split Lunge 4th min Sit Up 5th min Burpee x2'
