'Body Pump, is a strength based class. You use a bar with a selection of different weights and hand weights. Your weights are increased or decreased between tracks, depending on the muscles being used and your own personal strength. Exercises are done in high reps to music, so you get a bit of a cardio workout from Pump as an added bonus.'
