'Macro Tracking Hack - Adjusting Your Macros and setting Macros by Grams in Free version MyFitnessPal'

'I\'ve lost about 25 lbs since I\'ve started tracking macros so I\'ve decided its time to try adjusting how much protein, fat, and carbs I\'m eating each day.  So, today I\'m showing you how I am adjusting them and sharing my new numbers.  Plus, I use the free version of MyFitnessPal, but I\'m going to show you how to set your macros in grams without paying for the upgrade in the app.   Today is Day 58 of my 100-Day commitment to make a video for you every day documenting my journey to get fit this year (by the time I turn 40!!) following IIFYM as a Vegan!
