Please post any questions to our Facebook Page at http://www.facebook.com/Fitness19WestminsterCO?ref=hl The list below is a list of items we got at the grocery store to make our food: 2lb of Salmon 4lbs of Chicken Breast 1 lb of Extra Lean Ground Beef 20oz of Extra Lean Ground Turkey 14 bananas 4 oranges 6 apples 1 lemon Box of Strawberries Box of Blackberries Big box of Spinach leaves Fresh Broccoli Fresh Asparagus 1 bag of Frozen Green Beans 3 Cucumbers 8 Roma Tomatoes Head of Lettuce 3 Cans of no sodium Black beans (2) 1lb bags of Brown rice 6 Red Peppers 3 Jalapenos 1lb of raw unsalted cashews 1lb of raw unsalted almonds 1 pack of gum :) Total Price: $111 for 1 week worth of healthy food for 2 people. Not bad at all! Some of you out there spend $35 a week on Starbucks coffee alone!'
