'Day 2 strength and Endurance Workout! Again, strength meaning heavier weights, endurance meaning high reps but broken over many sets to allow you to lift heavier. Shorter rest periods the lighter the weight is. Increase weight or decrease rest time to increase strength and endurance. Cycle day 1/2 take rest days as needed. Go get it!
