'Undersun Meet Up with James Grage (Back Workout)'

'This a Vlog i shot while in Miami where i met James Grage for an Undersun Resistance Bands Workout!   Read Below for tips on the exercises we made!  Pull Downs:  Keep chest up, core tight and as you pull down, pull with your elbows outward and behind the head slightly and then squeeze the lats tight for a second to complete a full contraction.  The Back Pull Over: it can be done in to stages to complete the full range of motion. Stage one, coming from behind your head pulling forward and down and stage two changing the position so the band is above you and pulling downward and toward your hips. These two moves will give you a full range of motion for the Back pull over.  The Back Row: For this row pull with your lats and elbows not with your forearms. You need to focus and imagine your hands are just hooks and the main pull will be done from your elbows. When you squeeze your try to think of your scapula and try to squeeze so hard that you could keep a tennis ball between your shoulder blades.  Low Pull Aparts: when you pull try to initiate the movement with your scapula not with your shoulders and focus on activating only the back for this movement.
