'In today’s video I am just talking about a fitness app that I use. It is the my fitness pal app.   You can do all kinds of stuff with this app. You can track your food intake, your water and your exercises.   This app gives you the option to set goals and lets you choose your calorie intake. It also gives you recipes and you can even make your own meals and recipes with this app.   I love this app and it is a great way to track all your food, exercise and your goals.
