'Hey! I am prepping for 2015 by starting my workout now and continuing my fitness journey. One of my goals for the new year, as every year, is to continue my weightless journey and continue practicing an active healthy lifestyle.   The challenge is created to rebuild strength and stamina. More importantly it will help build discipline, and dedication mentally and physically. Each workout takes less than an hour to complete with the first week only requiring 20mins of your day.
