'Hey guys, in this video you will learn 5 easy steps that you can do daily to get/keep your glutes in check!  IG: @imarialaji  WHAT YOU\'RE DOING: For each step do as many as you can in a 30-45 second time frame and then move on to the next step. NOTICE: I did not say do each step 30-45 times each. I repeat, do as many as you can in a 30-40 second time frame, and switch to the next step, once you\'ve completed all 5 steps (and bonus step), start from the top and do the 5 exercise again. You can repeat this circuit 3-4 times. Everyone is different, however in my experience with myself and clients, it only takes about 10-20 mins. So for everyone who says they don\'t have time for the gym or to exercise this only takes 10-20 minuets to complete! This includes YOU moms!!! Start off off doing these few steps daily (and eating right of course lol) and be on your way to getting that post baby body back!!!   PREPARATION & MOTIVATION I encourage everyone to start somewhere! You can do these steps before bed, or first thing in the morning! I\'m excited to share more easy goto exercise you can do right in the comfort of your own home! So please stay tuned!   TIPS for working out at home: * When squatting, make sure your feet are shoulder width apart or a little wider. * Pay attention to your form  * Be sure not to hyperextending any parts of    your body  * Be sure to breath through your exercises * Don’t rush! * Stretch before and after to avoid cramping. * Make sure your core is engaged at all times. * Be motivated  * Have fun * Don’t cheat yourself/ do movements full out * Know that you can do anything you put your mind to!'
