'We\'ve  admired Lupita Nyong\'os chiselled arms and toned physique since she made it to the big screen. She said training for her roles is no easy feat. She put in 4 hours of training a day to get into her best shape for the role of Nakia in Marvel\'s Black Panther.  You too can strengthen and tone your arms with little to no equipment. This workout consists of a short burst of HIIT cardio followed by 12 easy to follow arm exercises to strengthen and tone your shoulders, triceps, biceps and back using dumbbells.
