'Improving your movement withthese football agility training drills using an agility hurdle. There are several ways to improve your agility, but incorporating cones and hurdles can take your training to another level. In this specific drill we worked on a couple of different movements such as jumping over a agility hurdle with two feet and also lateral slides and back pedal around the cones. Make sure when you perform these movements you bend your knees and hips on the step and slide and don’t cross your feet. During your backpedal you stay on your toes and not on your heels and sprint past the last cone. Include this movement in your training.
