'Today I\'d like to share with you 5 HIIT workout ideas for bootcamp or group training using the iconic Tyre. Having Tyres at your bootcamp makes it look all so much more legit and fun! You can replace these workouts with a Medicine ball too.  Workout Description: 45 sec on, 1:30 min rest. 5 exercises, repeat twice.  1. Tyre flips 2. Squat jumps 3. Toe touches 4. Overhead throws 5.
