'Sports Conditioning Workout Idea for Boot Camp| FITNESS EDUCATION ONLINE'

'This is a workout straight from my personal training program! This workout idea is ideal for those who are wanting to improve their general conditioning for either sports or for an upcoming event. I work on repeated sprints for about 10 minutes followed by some general strength conditioning with 10 repetitions of long cycle kettlebells, followed by a run, for either 5 total round, or a 20 minute AMRAP.
