'Summer Tabata Workout'

'Summer Tabata Workout! 6 blocks of work for a 24-minute HIIT workout. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest for each of the two exercises in the block. Alternate each exercise for 8 rounds total. Each block will take 4 minutes.'
