'Here\'s the video: Sports Endurance Workout - Stamina, Speed, and Agility Workout by Fitness Blender https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uVaKjtJHN8&t=38s  I really struggled with this. and I literally forgot the X hops, but I\'m pretty sure they\'d be extra hard for me to do since the lateral hops and back and fourth hops were tough!  The workout was: 2  rounds 16 reps lateral hops jump squats back and fourth hops burpees x hops (i forgot these) power skiiers *i forgot one round.. sorry!* mountain climbers   Hope you enjoyed it!
