'Hey guys! I hope you enjoy this leg workout I love to do! Here are the exercises:  1. Jump squat with weight for 30sec- 1 minute 2. Backwards lunges with weight for 30sec  3. Single leg dead lift with weight 8-12 reps each side  4. Walk outs 30 sec   repeat three times (3x)   Leg extension 8-12 reps (3x) Individual Leg press 8-12 reps (3x) each leg Hamstring curl 8-12 reps (3x)    Thanks for watching! See yall next time.'
