Rather than a traditional bodybuilding workout or anything like that. We’re gonna grab some dumbbells and I’m going to run you through a full body workout to get the craziest pump you’ve ever had.  So let’s get some P.P.K. and get to work!  0:56 Warm-up: Hand walkout, push-up, walk back, squat. Alternate lunges Pike push-ups Arm swings  4:55 Workout Info: 6 Exercises in circuit Fashion 45 seconds - As many reps as possible 15 seconds - Rest & rehydrate 3 Rounds total Duration: 18 Minutes  5:56 Round 1 - Exercise #1: Incline Dumbbell Squeeze Press Dig shoulders into bench, keep chest up Squeeze dumbbells hard together with chest Constant tension on pecs  6:57 Exercise #2: Seal Dumbbell Row  Keep chest up, shoulders back Pull with elbows, not with arms Squeeze at top and control back down  7:57 Exercise #3: Dumbbell Alternate Lunges  Big step forward, back knee just off the ground Drive through the front heel explosively Alternate legs every step  8:57 Exercise #4: Dumbbell Incline Skullcrushers Lower dumbbells above your head Keep elbows pointed back Squeeze triceps at the top and control back down  9:57 Exercise #5: Dumbbell Incline Curls Keep upper arms behind torso No letting your elbows drift forward as you curl to the top Full stretch at bottom, peak contraction at top  10:57 Exercise #6: Dumbbell Lateral Raise + Front Raise Keep torso slightly leaned forward Raise leading with your elbows, wrists in line with elbows.  11:57 Round 2  17:57 Round 3  23:56 Workout Recommendation: Give this workout a shot 5 times this week and you’ll start to see how quickly you can make some incredible changes in your physique.
