'I have never tried Freeze Dried Foods.. Freeze Drying is supposed to preserve food nutrients more so than other food preservation methods. The shelf life is much longer and apparently whole meals can be freeze dried for later hydration and consumption...Ok, well I don\'t own a freeze dryer, but I understand that a regular freezer will freeze dry food, it just takes much longer.... so this is an experiment to see what I can preserve using the equipment I already own..#HerhomesteadSkills #FreezeDried'
