'Hi friends!!! I tried the jump rope challenge! This has been highly requested so I finally gave it a shot. I challenged myself to jump 1000 times a day every day for a week. I am not the most coordinated person so it definitely took me longer to complete per day and my calf muscles were screaming by the end of it. This was an interesting fitness challenge, for sure.
