'regular 1 hr workout for beginners with warm up, standing exercise , side stretching exercise , sitting exercise with abs workout....along with meditation & pranayam. we r going to take this type of 1 hour workout for 1 month from MONDAY to FRIDAY..... so if u cant to gym or unable to understand how to start workout at home..... u can join us at 6 am to 7 am every morning.'
