'10 MINUTE BEGINNER JUMP ROPE WORKOUT!'

'This is a basic workout for those that want to start working out and use jump ropes. It\'s a perfect, short and easy way to get into shape and start building up to tougher programs. This is the routine:  10 seconds rest in between each, complete twice! -25 jumps -15 jumping jacks -25 jumps  -20 side lunges -25 jumps -10 pushups -25 jumps -20 plank hip dips -25 jumps -10 air squats  Bonus: 100 jumps!   You can follow along with me. If you take longer breaks it may take you 15 minutes. This routine can also be used if you want to get your heart racing before playing tennis.
