'Today\'s total body strength workout uses light to moderate weights and lots of repetition, PUMP hits the whole body and is set to great music. Together, we’re going to sweat, challenge ourselves with varying loads, tackle exercises that work in all planes of motion, and use every muscle in our bodies. This workout will strengthen your core, tone your body, and leave you feeling good!  RIP is a pre-choreographed program by Power Music typically done with a barbell, but today we are using dumbbells.  So go grab those weights and get ready to sweat!
