'If you’ve been following me for a while you know I love skipping rope It’s fun, challenging and can help maximize your workouts right from home. In my opinion It’s one of the most effective cardio exercises around. This will be a full body routine and we’ll be skipping rope for 20 secs between each exercise as an active rest. 10 sec rest between skipping rope and each exercise.
