'40 Minute SOSA Dance Session | Work Out with Katy | Women Like Us Festival'

'About Katy\' Class:  SOSA Dance is a slower paced dancing class, where no partner is needed! Katy will be giving you some seated salsa dance moves too!  Put the FABULOUS into your fitness and learn the most amazing dance styles from all around the world without the need for a partner! Our SOSA Dance Fitness classes are low impact and high energy, suitable for ALL ages and abilities. Our programme covers 37 international dance styles, teaching you authentic steps, arm and body styling movements, with fun-packed routines to catchy songs that get you dancing and singing along too!! In this session, we will also be offering adaptations for seated participants, so regardless of your level of mobility or range of movement you can still #DanceYourselfHappy!!  #KeepEssexActive  DISCLAIMER:   \'Please ensure that you undertake a Warm Up before this session begins and finish with a Cool Down at the end of the session too.
