'Change your body with this 30min Full Body Jump Rope workout! Targeting those Love Handles + Abs! All you need is yourself and a Mat. Jump Rope optional. ( high knees in place)  This workout is 30min with a combo of Jumping Rope to burn fat and body weight exercises to tone and tighten. You\'ll be doing 4 circuits, 3 min each, twice through.
