These workouts were designed for you to do at home with minimal equipment to NO EQUIPMENT. You can use light weights, ankle weights or wrist weights - whatever you have access to... soup cans or full water bottles always work!! You can do these exercises as a WARM UP or add these exercises in to your at home workouts for CARDIO and don\'t forget to put on your favorite playlist to bounce to if you want to mute the sound in this video!
