'Global Pandemic?  No problem.  Every. Damn. Day. doesn\'t stop just because the world stops.  My fitness goals are still the same as they were before we were told to social distance from each other.  Just because the gym closed does not mean that I should stop taking care of my body.  In this week\'s episode I share what steps I have taken to keep going with Every. Damn. Day.  Fitness is still what helps me manage my depression.  Keeping a routine has helped me avoid my deep low downs.  The last 2 weeks I didn\'t keep a very effective routine and I started to feel the effects towards the end of last week.
