'How to Rotate A Jump Rope Properly'

'In this video I will discuss the correct way to rotate a jump rope while doing double unders. You want to make sure that your jump rope is rotating around your body as efficiently as possible.  Key points to remember:  1. Make sure the rope is sized properly so it is intersecting the ground 10-12 inches in front of your toes.  2. Maintain constant rotation of the rope. Once the rope has begun it\'s rotation, don\'t alter the speed. Try and keep the same timing.  3. Rotate the jump rope with just your wrists. Do not use your forearms, elbows, or shoulders to rotate the rope.  4. Keep your hands at hip level. Do not move them up and down, or forwards and backwards.  5. Allow the rope to do the work.
