'Mermaid H2O Fitness-How to-Side Jumping Jack with noodle'

'Start in upright position.  Lean over to your right do jumping jacks just like on land.  Ideally, your knees and elbows will remain straight (or nearly straight) throughout the exercise.  Leaning will propel you through the water.  When you have done about 20 repetitions on the left side, lean over to the right and repeat.  We want you to be nice and even on both sides.  This exercise works your core, inner and outer thighs, hip flexors, shoulders and triceps.  Speed it up a bit and now you are doing cardio, too!  Aqualicious Water Fitness Level: beginner.'
