'Circuit training drills using marker comes and agility ladder. Purpose is to gain and increase footwork skills, speed, co-ordination and cardio systems workout. 5 rounds 1ts round team run. Then Individual timed run, tabata round (Squats) , Circuit 3rd time team run, Tabata (Spot Sprints), 4th circuit  team run, 2 rest,  5th circuit Individual timed run. Each person bettered their time by 2 seconds. Yusss!!!'
