'Featuring CrossCore, Ballast Balls, the Watabag, Body Blades, Lebert Buddy Straps, and bodyweight.  3 stations, 2 people each station.  First few stations were 45 seconds exercise, then rotate, each station twice.  Last 3 stations were two 45 second exercises at the station, then rotate, each station twice.  54 minutes total work, excluding warm-up and cool-down.  Great work, team!'
