'H2O Arm Workout'

'Arm workout using just your body weight and a water jug!  No water jug?  Use anything durable!  This workout will hit your biceps, triceps, core, quads, and deltoids.  Perform each exercise for 30-60sec for 3-4 rounds  *take a break if you need it*'
