'Dragonfly Fitness Beach Workout June 2010'

'It\'s time to enjoy the improving weather and shred your body with the tools that Mother Nature provides. Spend your mornings at the beach with Robert, or join us for the 2 sunset classes. The rocks are natural weights and sand provides more resistance and less stability allowing your body to engage more in the exersises; the sun, the ocean and fresh air is just relaxing.  Each session is designed to tone, strengthen and increase cardio fitness levels. All fitness levels included.'
