'Beginner Jump Rope Workout Challenge (Get Better at Skipping Rope in 10 Weeks!)'

'I have a 10-minute Jump Rope Workout (https://youtu.be/oHk1MLVEM-E) with no breaks.  I have a 15-minute Jump Rope + Jumping Jacks Workout (https://youtu.be/kf0kf6AHPOE) with no breaks.  And I have a 20-minute Jump Rope HIIT workout (https://youtu.be/rLubIlPH6RY).  What I\'ve found is that people who haven\'t built up their cardio respiratory fitness are frustrated by my other jump rope workouts. I always give them the same advice on how to build up your stamina, but I thought it\'d be better to make a jump rope workout for beginners to follow. Here\'s how it works.  Do this video as many times as you can for ten weeks. The first week, do one minute. The next week, do two minutes. The following week, do three minutes. And so on. By the end of the ten weeks, you\'ll be ready for an even longer workout and 10 minutes will feel like nothing at all.  If at any point you feel bored or ready for the next level, feel free to add another minute or two onto that day\'s workout.  It\'s important to remember that our bodies are different every day. So, some days, you might feel like you\'re able to do extra minutes and some days you might feel like you need fewer minutes. Listen to your body and be mindful of what is causing the changes, so you know how to best take care of what you need.  Enjoy!  ______________________________________________
