'Jason walks you through the MyFitness Pal App (My Fitness Pal - nurtition App is available for Android and Iphones) and shows you how to add ingredients to create a new recipe. Plus he gives you his High Protein Chicken Soup Recipe along with the demonstration.  And so you don\'t have to right it all down here is the recipe:  32 Oz Chicken \"BONE\" Broth (High Protein)  12 Oz Rutabaga (Peeled, Diced, and Steamed for 5 minutes - Note one large sized Rutabaga should yield at least 12 ounces)  12 Oz Sweet Potato (Peeled, Diced, and Steamed for 5 minutes - Note one large sized Sweet Potato should also yield 12 ounces.)  10 Oz Diced Celery  24Oz Canned Premium Chunk Chicken Breast  White Pepper (1 teaspoon)  Italian Seasoning (Sprinkle to taste)  Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to simmer, simmer 10 minutes.  Make approximately 5 servings.\'  Hope you enjoy!'
