'Learn how to do a proper Romanian Deadlift with Fitness 19 Personal Trainer Sarah!   Step 1: Feet are shoulder width apart, weight is on the backs of your heels Step 2: When you go down to the bar, make sure your head and chest are up to ensure your back is flat.  Step 3: Push your hips when lowering the bar to get a hip-hinge movement. Step 4: Lock out at the top to activate your glutes and lower back.
