'French press   barbell'

'The french press, alo called lying triceps extensions or skullcrushers is an isolation exercise for the triceps. By locking the upperarms you isolate the triceps and you can also leet the upper arms move allowing the bar to pass over your head. By allowing the bar to pass over your head you affect mnore of the long head of the triceps as well as the lats. You can also extend the set by finishing off with some clos grip bench presses when you can´t do more strict repetitions.'
