'GROUP FITNESS – TABATA PLUS'

'Take your workout to the next level by alternating between a 4 min set of Strength Training and a 4 min set of Tabata. Strength Training sets may or may not be timed, and emphasis will be on lower reps and heavier loads. Tabata sets will be 20 sec of hard work followed by 10 sec of rest, repeated 8 times, and will focus on bringing your heart rate up. A variety of portable equipment will be used for this class.'
