'Love tabata training and looking for an at home HIIT workout that will burn serious calories?  This follow along tabata workout will give you the killer sweat session you\'re looking for to burn fat and build lean muscle.  Tabata workouts at home are ideal with or without weights but to complete this full body tabata fat burn will be using a set of dumbbells. I used 1 set of 5kgs  dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.  In this workout there is one circuit to work through.
