'Today we bring you a circuit drill with a twist for your bootcamp and training sessions. The reason I love this circuit is because it\'s just a little different! It can sound a little confusing but, actually runs super smooth.  - 3x3 - use strength exercises and do 3 rounds of this circuit. - 2x2 your whole group does the exact same exercises, body weight cardio - 1x1 static hold; for some variation you can do a unilateral static hold and add an extra round
