'Zuu classes help with injury prevention by achieving full body mobilisations with low impact. These classes are a great way to build strength relative to your body and burn calories while doing it. Classes are challenging but cater for all fitness levels and abilities. Zuu places a large focus on culture, positive reinforcement and encouragement.
